These prices are based on providing a plan review on the following codes:

  • International Building Code

  • National Electrical Code

  • International Energy Code

  • International Mechanical Code

  • International Plumbing Code or Louisiana Plumbing Code

  • International Fuel Gas Code

 

These prices are based on providing us a complete set of plans and specification all at once for a complete review. Inspection include 1 each: plumbing & electrical under-slab, foundation, open wall, final, plus 1 additional if needed. Additional inspections are $100 per trade per site visit.
